Seth and Laura are getting married!!!

Can you believe it!!!??!! We've finally sorted out everything, and it's all set for the 27th July 2006 .... Are you coming ??? :-D

We've both had various, shocks, worries, heart attacks and disappointments thinking that paperwork was all wrong, the priest wouldn't come, the restaurant owner was nuts, but it's all worked out perfectly in the end, and it's all on!!!!!!!!

So now's the time to pack your sun hat, dig out your old Italian Phrasebook and get a flight booked down to Bari Airport, Puglia Italy.

We'd really like to spend 3 or 4 days with you all together after the wedding celebrating, catching up and having fun, so we really think we ought to help book some rooms for all you lovely guests. We've found several different options for you all. There are two main choices for you:


1) Stay in Bari - Palese (Near Laura's place - See Photo) and spend time with us, getting excited, for a couple of days before the big day. She lives right on the sea and there are plenty of places to go for a swim, but no real "Beach holiday" type beaches. Then on the evening before the wedding we'll all shift down to Monopoli (30 mins South of Bari) where the service is going to be. We have found a B+B near Bari - Palese, which is about €35 - 50 per person and a couple of hotels in Bari - Palese for about €50 - 75 per person one is three star. The other is four star.


2) Go straight to Monopoli and have an out and out beach holiday there, where you are about 5 - 10 minutes drive away from sandy beaches where Laura spends her summer days. We're looking into prices for an agri tourismo (Which is a sort of farm come B+B) and regular B+B's. We're trying to decide whether to stay in the town all together or whether to get somewhere more rural, which would need transport to go back and forth to the beach etc. We're still trying to sort the details out so please let us know what you'd prefer!

Talking about transport, we'll all need some way to get around when we're here. We're trying to organise lift shares etc, but if there are 3 or 4 of you coming, it's probably a good idea to sort out a hire car or bring your own transport. Again let us know if you need help organising this.


So, now it's your turn!!! This is the important bit!!! Leave a note here in the comments section telling us if you can come, when you'll come, where you wanna go, if you'll need help with transport etc. etc. and we'll begin to get EVEN MORE EXCITED knowing that our mates are coming too!!!! HHHOOORRRAAAYYYY!!!

N.B. the sooner we know if you want or need a room, the better chance we have of getting the discount we're trying to negotiate and the more chance there is of vacancies (at the moment there are still plenty.) Soooo lets go for it!!!!!!
